Guided by the principle that "The design breathes with the spirit of the land and its people, a testament to the belief that every space should whisper a story.," the designer, Tatiana Sheveleva at Chapi Design has crafted a space that embodies timeless luxury while reflecting the island's unique cultural identity.

The central inspiration is a faceless doll, reminiscent of local Dominican artistry, symbolizing the multiculturalism of the nation, representing the notion that "She is everyone, unified in beauty and strength." This concept permeates the hotel's aesthetic, creating an authentic and enriching experience for guests. Combined with the crystal-clear azure waters and a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, the hotel offers a haven of relaxation and a chance to create lasting memories in a setting of unparalleled beauty and timeless elegance.

Guestrooms boast a generously sized bedroom offering breathtaking views, flowing into an open-concept bathroom anchored by an oversized, organically shaped bathtub. The cigar lounge’s design was inspired by tendrils of smoke blending into dusky sunset skies. The subtly curved shapes and sweeping lines in the architectural elements and furnishings mimic the soft fluidity of smoke rising from a fine Dominican-crafted cigar.

Deeply rooted in the natural, the design evokes the richness and depth of swirling smoke against the colours of the setting Dominican sun over the sea, offering a sensorial journey within the space.
