Welcome to W Toronto—a luxury urban oasis pulsing at the core of downtown. As the city's first W Hotel, this lifestyle destination places you moments from the iconic style and cultural energy of Yorkville.

CHAPI Design was tasked with reconfiguring the layout of the first-floor arrival area. This involved relocating the check-in desks and opening up the walls to establish a more welcoming atmosphere. A new lounge area was introduced, centered around a sculptural fireplace that serves a dual purpose: it provides an intimate division between the lobby lounge and the bar while also offering additional seating along its ledge. One level below, the "Grab & Go" space was renovated to include extra seating at a custom bar and additional room for equipment. Throughout both areas, custom millwork wood paneling paired with bronze mirrors enhances the ambiance, creating a cozy yet sophisticated vibe.
